  • For people who are looking for space. It is divided into Search space listings and Submit "space wanted" sections.
  • For people who are offering space. It is divided into Search "space wanted" and Submit space listing sections.

We will follow each section separately:

    Search space listings

Select type and criteria of space you are looking for, then click "Next" to see "Search results" page.

"Search results" page displays all listings, that match criteria you have selected. To explore further about listings, click on each corresponding listing ID on the left side of the "Results Table" to see listing's full description. Listing description may or may not include listing owner's contact information.

If a listing description does not include the listing owner's contact information, it means that the listing owner chose to be contacted through a real estate broker. In this case, to select listings, which you would like to be contacted about, click on corresponding check box on the right side of the "Results Table" and click "Next" on the bottom of the page to get to the "Favorites" page.

"Favorites" page is where you can temporarily store selected listings as if it were a shopping cart. You can go back to search again and add more listings to "Favorites" as many times as you wish. You can also easily remove selected listings by clicking a corresponding check box on the right side of the "Favorites" page. When you are finished with your search, go back to the "Favorites" page and click "Submit" to confirm a request to be contacted regarding selected listings.

If you did not login previously, the system will ask you to login or register (if you are a new user). After login, you do not have to do anything else. A licensed real estate broker will contact you and listings owners to arrange preview of these listings.

If you know the listing ID number, you can always look at the listing without searching for it in the directory. Simply type the ID number in the "Search by ID" text box on the top left corner of the web site, then click "go".

    Submit "space wanted"

Type the headline for your ad, which will be shown on top of your ad and in the "search results" table. In the next area, describe in detail what kind of space you are looking for. It will be shown in the body of your ad.
Select type and criteria of space you are looking for, by which your ad will be found in the directory. Click "Next" to submit your ad.

If you did not login previously, the system will ask you to login or register (if you are a new user). After login, you will get to "Mode Selection" page.

In the "Mode Selection" page you will be able to select how you would like to do business with us.

If you select "paid mode" option, your contact information will be displayed for everyone to view. All interested parties will be able to contact you directly without involving a real estate broker. This service does require a payment on pay-for-time basis, unless you have received a special promotion. You will be prompted to select when you want your ad to be active and to enter your credit card billing information to be charged the selected amount.
After making a payment, the last and very important page will appear. In this page you can type your contact information, which will be displayed with your ad. Here you can type anything you want, even in HTML format with banners promoting your company.

If you select "free mode" option, your contact information will not be displayed with your advertisement. All interested parties will only be able to contact you through a real estate broker.
